e.l.f. Studio Mascara Primer | Review

Hello loveliessss! How have you been? I am so excited to tell you that I am in Love ^^ Yes I love my new e.l.f. Studio Mascara Primer so much! ❤ I thought I should be sharing it with you guys! :) and I am sure you would want to know how we met, don’t ya? ;) So about a month ago I ordered for e.l.f. Eye Primer but there was some misunderstanding and they thought I ordered for this e.l.f. Studio Mascara Primer. I was annoyed and disappointed when I received it and complained, but they were very kind and accepted their side of mistake and offered me full refund for mailing it back to them. I gave a second thought to this product and decided to keep it anyway and this is how we met. Looks like our fate wanted that, No? Lol ;) I know this sounds like a silly romantic story :D But whatever I am happy I met this amazing product! :)

My One and Only New Love ❤

Lets talk about it’s packaging first. The packaging is nice, I like the look of it though the applicator is longer and tube smaller but it’s pretty okay for PKR 350. Overall I find it pretty. The wand brush is straight and fixed which is good(personal preference), usually people find it difficult to apply with such wands on the inner lashes but I am comfortable with it. It doesn’t bend here and there so I find it easier to apply. The bristles are thick and wired which lengthens, volumizes and provides definition to lashes.

What it Claims

Lengthen and Volumizes lashes instantly, Lashes appear thicker, longer and stronger. Conditions and revitalizes lashes using Pro-Vitamin B5, Hydrolyzed Wheat and Soy enriched formula.

What I found

I applied one coat of this primer and waited for a minute to let it dry and applied it again at any lash that was left. After letting it dry I applied a single coat of my mascara, I didn’t feel the need of any more coats, only one did a good job! I was amazed! So yes it did live up-to its claims.

My eyelashes looked really good with this primer underneath the mascara. You can easily compare in the picture with the primer underneath my eyelashes appear more stronger and thicker. My lashes are already quite volumized but when applying a mascara I want more more more volume and length :D and with this product I noticed a bit difference in my before and after volume. One more thing I found pretty good was the staying power, the longest I’ve worn it was for 10 hours! From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and I was stunned at how nicely it held my curl for so long. This is a really Good product in my opinion and I will buy it again and it also nourishes your lashes with Vitamin B5. You can order it online on Rouge. I also ordered mine on Rouge for PKR 350.

This was my first Mascara base as well as my first e.l.f product. I ❤ it. Do you guys prefer a mascara base or simply a mascara? If you use any bases which one is your favorite? Have you tried e.l.f.
